Electricity in the Exhibit Hall

Electrical is not included in your booth costs.

Exhibitor Check-In at SAVMA Symposium 2010

Our check-in will be at the entrance of the exhibit hall on Wednesday March 10, 2010 from 12:00pm-5:00pm and Thursday March 11, 2010 from 8:00am-10:00am. There will be volunteer students around to assist you with your set up and check in during those hours. The exhibit hall is located on level one of the Monona Terrace. We would prefer that exhibitors are all checked in and set up on Wednesday afternoon, but we are available on Thursday morning as well.

Please also review the move-in instructions (DOC format) from the Monona Terrace to faciliate check-in and move-in.

As a reminder, there will be an Exhibitor Break Area and the scheduled breaks are listed below.

  • Thursday: 7AM, 9AM, 2PM
  • Friday: 7AM, 9AM, 2PM, and 11:20 AM Lunch (boxed lunch provided by SAVMA Symposium)
  • Saturday:  7AM, 9AM, and 11:20 AM Lunch (boxed lunch provided by SAVMA Symposium)

We will also be providing you will name badges at check in. We would appreciate, if you already know, that you send the name of the exhibitors to us ahead of time so we can print the badges. That information or any other questions can be sent to exhibits@savmasymposium2010.com.
